  1. Actually Colin’s protests were originally about the police and his belief in their mistreatment of the black community. Which is why originally he was criticized. The national anthem has nothing to do with the police. So protesting it is a stupid way to target police brutality. Seem much more likely he just wanted attention because logically it makes no sense.

It is called virtue signalling. Virtue signalling is about selfishness. You use victim groups to make yourself feel better and look better to others. Same reason people do charity once a year during Christmas. Your helping poor people to make yourself feel better. After December you could generally care less about them. Looking at his actions he doesn’t care about the groups he says he is helping. Seems more interested in making a spectacle of himself. What has he done to actually help minorities getting shot by police? Sure he is great for people that want to make news. The racebaiters and hatemongers that make money off of this, but he actually hasn’t done anything for the poor black kids he says are getting killed by cops.

You mention the 1st and 14th amendment to support your claim that no one should stop their protests, But you havn’t proven anyone with actual authority has or is trying. They have right to take a knee and protest, No one really is disputing that and no one is really forcing them not too. NFL hasn’t stopped them, police havn’t stopped them, fans havn’t stopped them, So who are you saying is violated their 1st and 14th amendment right? They are still doing it. So I don’t see how you can say they are being stopped and their rights being violated. No one is stopping them, people are just criticizing them for it, which everyone has a right to their opinion.

If the american flag and national anthem are propaganda, then what is the lao flag? What is brown pride, asian pride, or black power? Explain why american patriotism is unacceptable nationalism, but minorities pride in their culture and heritage and home countries is acceptable. Frankly I don’t care what flag you fly or what pride you have, you live in this country and benefit from it, you should have some level of patriotism for it. As well as for what ever other country you want. But it seems a acceptable attitude to fly a flag for a country you never been in, while you live in america and hate on america, especially in the young hispanic community. Also the hypocrisy of attacking american’s for having pride in their country, while you show pride for yours as you live in this country is wrong and frankly racist. If you can have lao pride, american’s should be able to have theirs. Explain to me why they can’t.

Mike Brown has been debunked, there is actually no one that says Wilson grabbed Brown while he had his hands in the air, Brown’s own friend and another witness says brown attacked Wilson first while he was in his police car, which is when he first shot. Most of the witnesses, have since retracted their statements that brown was shot with his hands up. but either way even the witnesses for Brown say he attacked the police officer first. So you are wrong by all accounts.

“Nevertheless, the fact remains that a black teenager was shot and killed without being given a proper trial or explanation for his actions”, he wasn’t shot because he robbed a store. he was shot because he attacked, resisted arrest, and was fighting for a police officer’s gun, which all witnesses say happen, even his friend. the only thing that is in question was the kill shot. We don’t know what happened after the initial struggle, ballistics reports tend to support Wilson’s account which other witnesses agree with, but nonetheless we do know Brown initiated with violence, even his friend says that.

” Wilson knew about the theft of the cigarillos from the convenience store and had a description of the suspects. Brown fought with the officer and tried to take his gun. And the popular hands-up storyline, which isn’t corroborated by ballistic and DNA evidence and multiple witness statements, was perpetuated by Witness 101. In fact, just about everything said to the media by Witness 101, whom we all know as Dorian Johnson, the friend with Brown that day, was not supported by the evidence and other witness statements.” Taken from a reports by the DOJ.

“Police are also four times more likely to use force against black people than against white people when they stop them.”
That would more likely be based on how you act. It seems to be a trend to resist arrest. timmy, who writes here and a BLM activist, even promotes armed resistance (which will get you killed) rather than keep your mouth shut, comply, and get a lawyer. Big wonder why they get more force. Not complying seems to be the biggest factor in force, which Timmy likes to promote among minorities and seems to be a common attitude in these communities. Doesn’t take a genius to figure out the person who resists and fights would be more likely to get force, then someone who complies and gets a lawyer. Also that is how they get extra charges thrown on them that a lawyer can’t fight, so you are guaranteed to do some time for assault and resisting arrest, which wouldn’t be there if you complied to the arrest and fought it in court.

Fryer, who is an economist at Harvard says, while use of force is higher in minorities. lethal force is not. cops don’t kill blacks more than they kill whites.

“black youths are six times more likely than white youths to be jailed for their first offense, even when they have committed identical crime”
This is more because of poverty not race. poor people get less justice. Black people tend to be more poor than white people. take out the race and look at economic levels, as you would see just as many poor white kids get treated the same as poor black kids, Just happens there are more poor black kids. Poor people also die of diseases more than rich people. lets call the flu racist as well because it kills more black people. I agree there needs to be improvement in the legal system, but miscategorizing it as racism isn’t how you fix it. That is how you move away from the solutions.

Trayvon Martin wasn’t shot by a cop, Zimmerman was like a neighborhood watch guy and I believe he’s not even white. From my understanding of the case Zimmerman was being a asshole and Trayvon was being a teenage asshole, then that spun out from there. It wasn’t based on race. please show me the evidence where Zimmerman saw a black kid and thought “I hate black people I’m gonna kill him because he is black”. Not every case between a white and black person is based on racism and again I don’t even think he is white anyways. If everything happened the same, but Zimmerman was hispanic or asian, would you still say this is proof of racism? Probably not as race seemed to have nothing to do with it. Just some old out of shape guy getting into an argument with a teenager and eventually shooting him. Still wrong and horrible, but not based on race, so not racism.

Garner was selling cigarettes illegally, cops try to arrest him, he resists, during the struggle he is put in a illegal choke hold and has a heart attack. How much the chokehold is responsible for the heart attack is up for debate, I would give some credit to that, but none the less he resisted arrest and needed to be forced into compliance. His daughter just had a heart attack and cardiovascular problems is a big issue in the black community. Of course I would agree heart attacks are racist, all evidence points to that. But still, how responsible the police are for his heart attack is arguable, if he complied, probably wouldn’t of had a heart attack.

“many cases of police brutality against minorities recorded in recent times.” Not true. I already went over the numbers with timmy and in 2015, there were about 1k police shootings, like 30 were unarmed blacks, and most of them were justified, either resisting arrest, acting frantic (mental problems), or completely accidental (which is still bad, but not evidence that it is based on racism, racism is intentional and a accident isn’t), I think only like 3 were truly unjustified and in question. So that is .03% truly unjustified questionable shootings that year. Which was about the same with white people. So no black people are not getting slaughtered by cops. Unjustified shootings do happen, we should work on getting them even lower and holding police accountable for their wrong actions, but there is no real evidence supporting your narrative that police are carrying out racial murders. Hands up don’t shoot was a lie, Trayvon Martin was killed by a private citizen, Garner resisted arrest. I’m sure I can find actual cases of police injustices, but they tend to be rare. The few cases you put up as evidence are easily explainable and not evidence for the narrative of unjust police brutality. So unless you got a ton more you aren’t sharing, your wrong.

You write very well, but your evidence is wrong and your logic is based on rhetoric and false narratives. work on that.
